Description:
Fleet Maintenance Pro Deluxe is fleet management software designed to track preventive and repair maintenance on vehicles and equipment. Track many descriptive details about each of your vehicles that are vital to fleet management and define custom fields for tracking other vehicle information. In addition to pre-defined maintenance services, ranging from changing the oil to performing an engine tune-up, you can define custom maintenance services for your vehicles and equipment. Track your PM services by date, miles, kilometers, or hours. Use the PM Wizard to automatically calculate maintenance that is due using date, mileage, kilometer, or hours information. Use the repair scheduling utility to track unexpected repairs or problems reported by drivers or employees. Color-coded displays make it easy to see which maintenance is due. When maintenance is performed on a vehicle, it can be recorded and is automatically saved to a vehicle history. Use the vehicle history to analyze PM, repair, and parts costs for your vehicles and equipment. Print detailed reports using the Report Generator and specify report-filtering criteria to further customize reports. Fleet Maintenance Pro also tracks vendors, fuel purchases, drivers, insurance data, vehicle licensing information, purchasing details, and loan/lease information. This deluxe version adds repair scheduling functionality, multiple maintenance schedule templates, part itemization, additional user-defined fields for tracking vehicle data, PO and invoice tracking, and user-defined maintenance types.
