PolyEdit supports multiple document formats and encodings: RTF, ETF, MS Word 6.0/95/97/2000/XP/2003/2007, MS Excel 97-2003, MS Write, WordPerfect, OEM (DOS), ANSI (Windows), Unicode, UTF-8, Mac, Unix, etc. It also has the ability to compress and encrypt your documents for total security. All the expected functions are featured, including the usual text formatting tools, print preview, tables, columns, templates, spell checking, syntax highlighting and the ability to load graphics, media clips, PowerPoint slides, graphs and much more. Various plug-ins for adding extra functionality are available as well.
