Description: Assign 50 daily tasks to 20 employees for one year with up to three tasks per person per day. You specify which tasks each employee is qualified to perform and then specify the number of people you need assigned to each task each day of the week. You then assign people to the daily tasks for up to one year. Statistics are gathered by the program to summarize the number of times during the year each person has been assigned to each task. Individual schedules, task schedules and calendars are produced to show task assignments and the spreadsheet creates a vCalendar file to transfer the schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar for handy reference. The spreadsheet comes in several different sizes for up to 80 employees and for 52, 26 and 13 week scheduling.
