Team@Work 2.0 is a complete workflow management system for small and medium-sized organizations and their partners, suppliers and clients.
Create simple to very complex workflows with the Designer, a CAD-like, user friendly graphical tool. Implement multiple scenarios, nested workflows, alternative and optional execution paths. Use one or more incoming links to activate tasks; choose time or event driven activation. Assign tasks to roles rather than specific employees. Empower employees to make real-time decisions at any junction of the workflow tree. Automatic error-checking, Gantt charting, and critical path analysis help you to easily spot and fix potential design flaws.
Manage team composition, roles, and workloads. Handle with ease workflow exceptions, escalation, out-of-workflow work requests, and more. Re-assign specific tasks or the entire workload of an absent employee in real time. Rest assured that employees are always up-to-speed with all the tasks assigned to them - the TaskManager tool collects each employee’s tasks into easy-to-read, comprehensive, web-accessible tables updated in real time.
Generate fully customizable reports on project status and workloads. Analyze the past, present, or future workloads of specific departments or employees. Use status lists, Gantt charts and critical path graphs, workflow tracking, and more, to track project execution in real time.
Accumulate and share valuable knowledge at every stage of a project’s life in web-accessible digital project library.
