Description: USBhive is a Personal Information Manager designed to run on a USB drive or Pen drive. Some people have called it a Faceless PocketPc or a Poor Man's PocketPc. Always have all your appointments with you on your USB drive. When the USB drive is plugged in, the Appointment Manager will notify you of upcoming events. USA holidays are built in. It also displays the birthdates and anniversary dates of any contacts you have in the Contact Manager. The Appointment Manager records subject, location, start date and time, stop date and time, and category. Subject, location, and cagegory fields are smart lists; allowing you to select previous entries. The Contact Manager helps you keep track of your friends, family, work associates. It allows you to enter name, email, home phone, work phone, cell phone, company, title, category, occurance frequency, birthday, anniversary date, address, and notes on each person/business entered. Company, title, and category fields are smart lists; allowing you to select previous entries. The Task Manager record subject, occurance frequency, due date, status, and notes for each entry. Subject and category fields are smart lists; allowing you to select previous entries. Entries are searchable and sortable by each column displayed. If you have a lot of meetings or just like to take notes, then the Note Manager is for you! The Note Manager records subject, category, date, and notes for each entry.
