Description:
A PaneCutter program a lap alaku alapanyagok (lamináltlap, MDF lap, üveglap, fémlemez, stb.) vágási tervének autómatikus generálására készült, bútorkészitő-, üveges-, és egyébb műhelyek számára, amelyek termékskálája széles vagy állandóan változik.
A PaneCutter kifinomult, rekurzív algoritmusának köszönhetően megtalálja az optimális vágási tervet a lehető legkissebb veszteséggel. Több lehetséges megoldást kínál, a megoldások mindig úgy vannak sorbarendezve, hogy a legoptimálisabb van az első helyen, a legkevésébé optimális az utolsón. A felhasználó kiválaszthatja a neki legmegfelelőbb variánst (mindig az első ajánlott)
A főablakon a felhasználó be tudja állítani az alapanyag lap, illetve a kivágandó darabok hosszúságát és szélességét. Ezek az adatok elmenthetőek és a későbbiek során előszedhetőek egy utólagos átalakításért. Nem szükséges az adatok mentése az optimalizálási művelet elinditásához. Bizonyos alapanyagok esetében (pl. üveglap, fémlemez, stb) nem számit melyik dimenziója a hosszúság és melyik a szélesség. Ezekben az esetekben egy takarékosabb eredmény eléréséért, a felhasználó használhatja a „Darabok forgatása engedélyezett” opciót.
A kivágandó darabok dimenzióinak a megadása után meg kell nyomni a „Számítás” gombot, az optimalizálási művelet elinditásához. Ennek a műveletnek az időtartama a számítógép sebességétől illetve a kivágandó darabok számától függ. Ezután a felhasználónak több lehetséges megoldás is fel van ajálva megjelenitésre. Minden egyes alapanyag lap a hozzá tartozó vágási tervel, megjelenithető a képernyőn és egy gomb lenyomásával akár ki is nyomtatható. | Short tags:
