Description: RecentJobs is a great piece of software for people who are tired of wasting time looking for files, URLs or phone numbers or notes they've saved. It offers extremely quick retrieval and navigation to your files, freeing your time up for other important tasks. It'll help to streamline your efficiency, eliminating the file-searching that slows you down, that gets you flustered and feeling disorganized, or that takes away from your momentum when your workload is overwhelming you.
RecentJobs runs in the background, recording the filenames and file locations of whatever you're working on. The records are stored for a specified amount of time and automatically deleted unless specified as permanent.
RecentJobs is integrated into Windows Explorer so that you can right-click on any amount of files and send them to RecentJobs database using a pop-up menu selection.
Type a partial filename into the find box and the list is instantly filtered for lightening-fast file finding.
Open the file directly from RecentJobs or have RecentJobs open Windows Explorer with the file's folder opened and the file automatically selected.
Quickly import your internet favorites to the favorites list. Fast find links by typing part of the link name or keywords into the find box. Open that web page by double-clicking on the name. Edit keywords for your links easily.
Keep track of phone numbers and addresses using the phonebook database. It can be used for just about any type of named record for quick retrieval of information.
Slick-looking brushed chrome interface complements your desktop and can be minimized to the system tray so it is out of the way until needed.
