Fully ActiveX compliant, Trace Route Wizard also is setup to be used excellently in ASP scripted pages, or any ActiveX compliant scriptable languages because it has methods that utilize events and special methods that let you step through the process. You also get an immense amount of information regarding each Hop and also supports multiple attempts per hop. All of the functionality of the program that comes with Windows tracert.exe plus much more. You get information like: Time To Live of Returned Packets Packet Data Size of returned packets Round Trip Time of hop attempts Average, Minimum, and Maximum Round Trip Times of entire Hops plus much more You can also set how everything happens, like: Amount of time to wait per Hop attempt How many attempts per Hop Maximum Hops to check Amount of data to send in trace packets plus much more A lot of computer users know about the TraceRt program that comes with windows and Unix.
