Add personalization to ANY email address list, even if your lists currently do NOT include first or last names. Most emailing software has the ability to send personalized bulk email, but unless your email lists contain names for each of the email addresses, you can't use the personalization features. That's where Name Extractor comes in. Most people use their own name when creating their own email address. Name Extractor takes advantage of this by recognizing most any first or last name that appears before the @ symbol, no matter what other characters may surround it. When it finds the name, the name gets attached to the email address and is identified as either a first name, or a last name. It does this at the blistering speed of over 3000 email addresses per second. One of the ways it accomplishes this is by use of its finely tuned database of over 12,000 of North America's most popular names. This database can be edited with Name Extractor's built in name editor, giving you the ability to add, remove, and modify the names. When finished, the saved results are ready to import into most any email sending program or database.
