Description: With some few mouse clicks pdf-FieldMerge allows to fill existing PDF form fields automatically. PDFs may be processed singularly or en masse - automatically or manually with pre-selected data – without detour of Acrobat Reader
Without any programming or some special IT know-how pdf-FieldMerge provides the possibility of filling these forms from a database in series. Of course you can also edit these form fields manually.
The product targets companies which want to distribute lots of forms to be edited from users but already contain some individual form information matching each individual in particular.
That exactly is the problem: In general you can either create forms without content (which you want a user to edit) or create PDF files that users can´t edit at all.
pdf-FieldMerge will forge links across these two options.
If you want to fill form fields automatically you can start a background process by selecting a initial PDF form, define name of new form(s) and set values (or select file with values) you want to edit and pdf-FieldMerge creates a new pdf form automatically – with field content. Of course you can also start this process from a program.
You can also fill these form fields manually. Especially for non experts this is an easy way. Without any programming you just have to select the initial pdf form and all form fields contained will be displayed to you – with field description.
Now you can edit these form fields and save them to a new form file.
Especially for medium-sized companies and authorities pdf-FieldMerge is a very efficient tool of customer communication and pdf document management.
