Description: SearchAlyzer simultaneously queries the common search engines and compiles results into an interactive book with chapters, an index, and pages. Chapters are clusters of related pages. The pages are the search results. The index is automatically built from the pages. Pages and index words are processed so that by marking one or more of them, the relevance of all other pages and words is immediately updated.
Unlike other search tools, marking an index word of interest automatically sorts all pages according to their relevance to that index word. The pages of interest can be found without having to scan through the entire list of pages. Marking an interesting page also sorts all pages according to their relevance to the marked page. Whenever an index word or page is marked, the relevance of all other index words and pages is automatically updated, saving you time when finding relevant pages.
SearchAlyzer also removes duplicate results (but still lets you see them), lets you choose which engines to search on and how long to wait for their results, lets you control the length of phrases in the index, lets you control which words should be ignored in the index (the stop words), and more. Finally, SearchAlyzer can evaluate the power of each engine it uses by measuring each engine's coverage, relevance, and independence. | Short tags: interactive, engine, relevance, svd, cluster, index, group, free, search, meta-search | System Requirements: At least 128 MB with 800x600 display | Change Info: New release | Find last version of SearchAlyzer | |
