Description: Are you also handling all mails from a shared Exchange account with a group of people??
That could cause problems if the people themselfs can pick whatever mails they want to handle. One could only pick the "easy" ones and leave others for the rest of the group. Or one could pretend to be busy with one mail all day and leave all other mails for the rest of the group.
This add-in can help you dividing those mails to different members of the group based on the percentage of workload they should handle. Also, the mails are divided equally so it's almost impossible that one user gets all mails from one sender....
In order for the add-in to work the folder structure of the mailbox should be like this:
Mailbox (The mailbox in which the inbox folder is located that you want to divide)
Users
User1
User2
User3
Etc.
The demo version is limited to 2 users only. | Short tags: Outlook Add-in, Divide mails from inbox to users, Exchange account | |
