Description: Dim light of heavy torches, posh Persian rugs and cushions spread on the floor, handfuls of gold coins strewn all over the room. These are the exquisite settings of Treasure of Persia, an intricate and exciting multilevel puzzle. Elaborated backgrounds seem to emanate the scented charms of medieval Persia. The atmosphere of mystery and Oriental languor is augmented by the serene undulation of background music. At the heart of this varicoloured exuberance is the game board with sparkling gems. You are a treasure hunter and your mission is to put gem chips and other pieces on the board in the right order, so that they self-destruct and relieve place for ever arriving new pieces. Finally you get awarded with score and your name is marked in the history to the awe of generations to come.
Treasure of Persia offers three gaming modes: Arcade, Time and Puzzle. Each mode is divided into complexity levels, so that you can choose the level matching your mood and acquired expertise. The overall number of levels amounts to 30. The more challenging Time and Puzzle modes introduce delicate intricacy into the game. They demand higher concentration but pay off with a higher score. Good score is also awarded with bounce pieces. Bonus pieces of different kinds add variety to the game. They often come to your rescue when you need it most. Moreover, special double and triple score bounces raise the stakes, while others, colour bombs, clear extra space on the game board. Such a diversity of options provides for longer relish of the game's features and its greater entertaining powers.
Additional features are found in the game's comfortable settings and help pages. While the first accommodates the picture and sound to your system and taste, the second should help you to boost the total score through many useful tips. The tips for each gaming mode and the description of powers found in bounce pieces should make the game even better fun. | Short tags: persia, puzzle, mysterious, bonuses, game | System Requirements: Pentium II 450, DirectX 3.0, 1 Mb Video, 16 Mb RAM | Change Info: n/a | |

New Life for Game of Life Almost 40 years ago, when computers were large working machines and the phrase «computer game» sounded absurdly, a famous British mathematician invented the so-called «Game of Life», which by no means was a game, it was rather an example of a cellular automata clear for even a child. The good example is Double Solitaire, which harmonically
