Autorun Action Splash can even automatically create shine animations for you. You have full control over the image size, appearance time and location. Autorun Action Splash is quick and easy to set-up and comes with a wizard to make it even simpler. It has the ability to not show itself, play digital sound (.wav file), as well as pass commandline arguments to programs.
