Automatic and highly customizable e-mail notification ensures that all team members are tied into the issue and change tracking process. As issues are updated, e-mail messages indicating the changes are sent automatically to the appropriate person.
It allows managing an unlimited number of projects within an organization. Moreover, it offers a high level of flexibility when managing users, who have different access rights depending on the project. Access rights range from the basic read-only to the comprehensive full control level.
