1-determine the input file.
2- Move to that frame (either by dragging the slider or playing or pressing 'Next Frame' button).
3- Select the type of the output image from the 'Output Format' list.
4- Press ‘save frame to file' button.
To extract all frames of the input file:-
1-Determine the input and the output file and determine the output format.
2-press ‘extract all frames’ button.
To extract frames per time:-
1-Determine the input and the output file and determine the output format.
2-choose the time interval from the combo box.
