There is no need for any TV Tuner card because all the channels are streamed through the Internet connection. Most of TV and Radio requires modem speed of 56Kb/s, for the high quality broadband TV stations you need min 250 Kb/s. I-TV++ Platinium has automatic station updates so you can be sure it will never be out of date.
