Software, designed as native Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista service, also lets users export reports and view real-time statistics in HTML format from embedded HTTP server. Main assignment of the program - collection of the information about sizes of printing on printers and record it to the database for the subsequent analysis or compilation of the reports about printing activity.
Besides the program can inspect sizes of printing according to the defined quotas and to prohibit printing, if the quotas are exceeded. This option is additional and can be switched off. The collection of the information and printing job control can be organized by three main ways:
