SS is tightly integrated with OUTLOOK, OUTLOOK express or MAPI compliant email to send files within SS. 9. In case No default email client software is available, ScreenShare provides its own send email software. Each incidence will be created as a single page or sequence of pages in a file therefore each file can contain many incidences. Status and priority of the file that contains many incidences can be changed and these features can be utilized with project management and quality assurance process.
