Easier to keep track of who owes you money, send reminders, store customer history and correspondence eg emails, letters, appointments and notes. Easier to send customer emails.
Easier to store the customer sales history of products and services purchased, mail merge to generate marketing letters and labels, create groups of customers to organise them.
Easier to customize fields to store information specific to your business, run various reports including overdue accounts and top spenders.
Your local currency and date formats are automatically used.
You can specify the relevant sales taxes to use.
The wording and formats / fonts etc used in documents created, are all customizable.
You can generate free-form or itemised quotes and invoices.
Customer details can be imported from a spreadsheet.
Itemised quotes and invoices can be generated from an items/parts database.
Items/parts can be imported from a spreadsheet.
