The most used browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera) are supported.

Both Linux and Windows platforms are supported. The application is based on the PHP+MySQL technologies and can be hosted by wide range of the hosting providers.

No costs for additional software required. All necessary software is free available.

Multilanguage support. The application supports three languages - English, German, Russian. The administrator can change any text of any interface over a special dictionary interface, see Multilanguage module. With low efforts, other languages can be added to the application.

Ability to change the design of the presentation. The presentation files are not encoded and can be adjusted to your corporate design.

Subscription and e-mail notification on the bug reports. Subscribed users get notified per e-mail if a new bug report is created or a reply is submitted.

Unlimited number of the user-defined properties of a bug report. The application administrator can define any number of properties, their type and possible values.

Forum-based communication on bug issues. The bug report discussion is displayed as message thread. The whole chronological message chain allows getting overview over the solution process from the beginning to the end.

Support of attachments and screenshots. The users are able to attach the files to their bug reports and reply messages to make them more informative.

Powerful search function. The users can filter the bug reports on the product, status, type etc. and work them through
