You see the pretty world, colorful and fairy and a bit childish, the world of a classic adventurous computer game. But what you also see is the world is covered with *something*… which makes it strange-looking and unfriendly… Save the world!
Crystalix world will attract you immediately, and Crystalix game play will make you want to spend pleasant hours with the game. It’s a good conjunction of arcade (even with some role playing elements) and logical game styled after Tetris or famous Clickomania. You have your world full of color cubes, which, in terms of the game, are «fragments of a comet». You need to eliminate those to save your world. Just blasting the pieces of a comet as it is normally done in the arcade «bing-bang» style will not work here; instead, you will need to use you logical thinking and combine the color cubes with same-colored «magic artifacts». How simple it sounds, but how exciting it is played, and how stylish it is done! All those animations, sounds, and pictures is a great piece of masterful work for a small game!
To not get bored with the repeats, the game contains different play modes (Classic a.k.a. «eliminate all» and Jewel a.k.a. «eliminate the bad things and grow the good ones»), many levels with different scenarios, and some outstanding artifacts. | | | Learn more about Crystalix… |
