AIT_Trains I want to talk about today is a dangerous thing. It is a very effective and pitiless time-killer: I’ve spent several days with those trains, railways, freights, rail-stations; and I’m afraid those days were not the last portion of my time stolen by this game. So, read on only if you are positive that you can stand the temptation.
OK, several words about the game’s plot. You have your own land with stations and steam-engines on them; and place between stations, which is almost empty in the beginning. You must build railways on those empty spots and deliver freights, earn money, and move on. There are different types of rail sections you can use in the construction, alongside with dead-ends, switches, signals and so on. As you start building your rail roads, trains start going between towns, and your goal now is to rule semaphores and avoid collisions.
There are more things to do: send repairing brigades, manage bad sections of the road. Just remember: day after day trains go faster and carry more freights; cities grow, and your performance speed must be increased.
