Astra R-Nesting is a professional software kit addressed for those who came across with the nesting of sheet materials problem in their every day?s work. The software operates in terms of «orders», «articles» (primitive assembly, order can contain several articles) and «parts» (single shape). Orders are accomplished by creating the «nesting plans», which means you can select the sheets of materials and determine how to nest them.
Astra R-Nesting is very professional-helpful solution: It automates the nesting planning. However, you can also do your nesting manually. The software has the embedded materials database, which includes their significant parameters. Many tasks related to nesting are also considered: after-nesting rests are calculated accurately and can be saved; you can create your own library of the standard articles and re-use them for the multiple orders; all the technical documentation related to the order is generated automatically.
