It’s just an organizer. It is not innovative, groundbreaking, and so on. But, it is clear, useful, convenient, and very attractive. It doesn?t aim to change your life; but it is meant to help you organize your life in the best way possible. The main objective of Time Assist is effective time management and organization. The purpose of this software is to provide convenient data management using Tasks, which are grouped into Projects, and Contacts, grouped into Contact Groups. Any item can have its own Categories and Places. Tasks can be added quickly, organized hierarchically and supplied with reminders. The central concept is the Calendar, because all new tasks rely on its use. This concept is very natural due to today?s active lifestyle. All your daily tasks are attached to certain times in the calendar. There are also some nice details in Time Assist worth mentioning. The Organizer has some very flexible and intuitive options. Contacts can store photos, be integrated into a web browser, and have customizable birthday reminders. There is also an option to add a «quick task» using a single keystroke, which is visible for the rest of the day. There is also a useful scheduler feature.
