FinalBurner PRO is a disk burner you can install and consider the problem of disk burning solved completely. The software handles all known types of optical disks, starting from the «good old» CDs and through «the latest things» like HD DVD and Blu-Ray. All types of «special» disks (auto-run, various type of video and audio disks and so on) are handled also.
Once you run the program, you will need to select type of task to be performed. The options are: data disk (plain files with information), media (audio and video) disks, and some special tasks (described later).
In the «Data» mode, besides writing files, of course, you can design and create an auto-run menu. When writing audio files, you can create either an mp3 disk (hold more music, good for archiving purposes) or a CD Audio one (can be played with an ordinary CD-player). Similarly, several video-disk formats with appropriate settings and design options provided.
As for additional tasks, FinalBurner allows virtually any «special» processing of CD/DVD you can imagine. Here is taking an exact copy of a disk and writing .ISO images (complete images for copying purposes). It even includes an Audio CD ripping module and a module for printing disk labels.
