Tarma ExpertInstall is a professional-strength setup creator. Tarma ExpertInstall?s three major strengths are its small overhead (both for the size and speed), ease and comfort of the setup design process, and unlimited customization capabilities.
ExpertInstall is capable of creating both «native Tarma installers» (self-contained exe files with all of Tarma’s strengths) and MSI installers (msi files requiring MSI support by Windows in order to be installed, often preferred for corporate environments). You even can create installers of both types at the same time.
Virtually any type of entities can be programmed for the installation, including folders and files, registries and ini-s, COM and ActiveX, services and more.
The installation designer provides a couple of standard dialogs (licenses, paths, components and so on), but each of them is fully editable (every single label or button!). And, of course, you can add or delete dialogs with no limitations, thus creating wizards of any types, not only installers. High localization abilities include single- or multi-language installers and full Unicode support (which would be smartly degraded on older platforms).
Tarma’s runtime size overhead inside ready installer is as small as 75 KiB, and it works really fast.
