NetMail Light, Good Mail for Any Network

NetMail Light is an e-mail system for local area networks, which allows using either a webmail or a desktop client with mobile access. The system consists of a gateway that you are to install on the mail server and the client software which is to be used on workstations.
The gateway’s role is connecting to your POP/SMTP mail server (which should have only a single, «umbrella» mailbox on it), retrieve all the messages and then route them to different recipients. The gateway itself consists of a mailer and a router and includes an HTTP server for providing a Webmail interface, which can be accessed from any computer, including handheld or Linux-based one. The gateway application also adds some additional functions to your mail exchange; for example, mailing lists, auto-deletion of not retrieved messages and other goodies.
NetMail client has an option for both the standard Windows desktop computers and for mobile devices. The client’s mail exchange with the server is done automatically, with highly customizable periods of data exchange for different times and days of week (which is extremely useful for minimizing bandwidth consumption for mobile clients). Additionally, NetMail client has a fax sending option.
