ComputerExpert is desktop client for powerful online experts’ community. By its means, you can ask any complex question in any of more than 40 technical areas (grouped into major Software, Hardware, Games, Programming topics) and quickly receive a correct and helpful answer. You can also utilize your own knowledge to help others.
ComputerExpert’s questioning/answering mechanism is based on the «points» concept. This is how it works: you ask a question and define how many points it will «cost»; when the question is answered, you close it and set, which of the question’s points will be given to which comment.
Initially, you have 200 points for asking questions; you can raise this amount by answering others’ questions, by recommending ComputerExpert to your friends (100 points for each referral) and by just buying it through PayPal. Additionally, receiving thousands of points for your answers would grant you expert certificates with different number of «expert stars».
As a software suite, ComputerExpert is a really good organizer for the overall process of answering and questioning; you have one-click access to all vital features (like topic lists, your answers, you profile and so on.
