Solixa is a very cute and modern chatting service with an excellent Windows chat client. The key features are its strong community, wide range of features and interesting gaming elements.
When you first see Solixa’s chat client, you’ll definitely fall in love with it. It is so elegant, ideally designed, and all of its numerous features are intuitively understandable. Small, pretty message alerts, changeable color schemes, customizable buddy lists and sounds — Solixa’s client software meets the highest standards.
But you need the program to chat, not to «just look» at it, right? So, the features of the program and the features of the chat are of the same interest. Solixa’s chat has multiple public and private channels, along with the PM (private messages) capability. Private messages can be sent even if your buddy is offline; the messages will be delivered as soon as the person gets connected! All chat windows have a very handy set of commands. Private chats have some additional features, like sending inline images (as well as in private messages).
The gaming elements Solixa Chat Service provides is Texas Hold’em Pocker let you play with your buddies right in program.
