Bill Redirect is software for redirecting input signals between several devices. It can be useful for a wide range of tasks related to handling the unusual devices (barcode readers, displays, RFID readers) and non-standard ways of controlling a computer (via touch-screens, etc.)
Bill Redirect remains in the memory at all times, and it is easily controlled. As soon as the application is loaded, you should see all available devices around the main control area. The list of devices, which can either send or receive signals, includes Serial Port (a.k.a. COM port), File, TCP Port, and various plug-ins. Additionally, there is a Keyboard device, which can only receive data (for ex., data could be sent from a COM port device directly to the keyboard buffer and read and understood by any recipient program without any additional configuration or drivers).
And, finally, it has the most interesting and comprehensive device, named Virtual Keyboard. It means, you can place «virtual buttons» on desktop (they can be visible always or only when a specified window is in focus). Those buttons, when clicked, can send any commands, which Bill Redirect will readdress to Serial/Keyboard/TCP.
