Members+ is club membership tracking software, which stands out of the competition for its great customizability, smart organization and ease of use. Its set of features allows using it in a wide range of premium club types.
The program allows keeping profiles of any number of members, and the format of those profiles (fields of forms) is fully customizable; the profiles can even contain members’ photos. Moreover, even complex relationships are supported (you can tell the program something like «members A and B are the same family»).
Membership cards are easily printed.
But the most valuable thing in the program is membership payment tracking. Members+ has the widest capabilities in this area. It can track each member’s visit automatically by reading a barcode on a membership card, and timely remind about members with expired or pay-per-visit membership. The program «understands» when one member pays for the entire family; all applicable taxes and VAT are calculated automatically.
Members+ has flexible administrative capabilities. For example, different groups of club staff can have different levels of access. Rich reporting capabilities are included and integrated with exporting to Excel and mailing. For example, you can send payment reminders to all members with expired membership at once.
