VentaFax 5.8, Fax Still Matters

There are some «too modern» people that never quit debating that «facsimile messages are way in the past». Those ones of us involved in real business relations know the truth is quite the other way around.
Fax is still a valuable method of transmitting important documents and other «paper information». But nowadays you can save your time and money by laying aside the huge real fax-machine and completely replacing those with a computer’s fax-modem device; all you need for that is an easy and inexpensive VentaFax suite.
VentaFax allows you to perform all operations that a «real» fax could do with great ease; as well as many operations a real fax CANNOT do. With VentaFax, you can send fax messages from any Windows application: Just print what you want to send with the virtual VentaFax printer and then tell VentaFax the fax number to dial. Even color faxes can be sent. With the same ease, any fax message can be received.
Above that, there are many useful functions in VentaFax, all available through the simple interface looking just like a modern «real» fax-phone. Caller ID is supported and can be used with Black and White caller lists. Voice messages can be received and readdressed. Finally, with VentaFax you can turn you computer with a fax-modem device into an Answering Machine, which automatically processes faxes and calls, readdresses and converts them; this can be easily programmed (up to highly-branched voice menus).
