There is common multipurpose design technique that allows making some obvious things less trivial: An effect of Puzzle. Puzzles are commonly drawn as images «cut» into several fancy-form pieces. In the real world, puzzles are very popular among both children and adults. In terms of computer design, a puzzle image is rather a «symbol», but very commonly used. Still, how can you create a realistic-looking and yet not boring puzzle image? Meet AV Bros.
Puzzle Pro!
AV Bros. Puzzle Pro is a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop (and other compatible software «hosts»). Just like other AV Bros. plug-ins, it is known for ingenious appearance, really handy control and multitude of useful features.
There are three modes in Puzzle Pro you should use one-by-one: in the Layout mode, you select Knives, which would cut your image, in the Puzzle mode you oversee the result and decide, which parts of it you want to adjust. Finally, in the Adjust mode you can widely change the appearance of any cut piece. All of above sounds simple; it even IS simple in use, but you should check out all the options on your own to understand the real power of the software. Indeed, it’s worth that, as it allows you to edit knives shape by hand, save and load presets, apply random morphing algorithms; it allows you to change bevels, opacity and many other parameters for EACH piece of puzzle; it allows you to control the process, undo and redo it, try different approaches- and all is easy, all is possible! | | | Learn more about AV Bros.
