Every organization and business, when becomes larger than 1 employee (a.k.a founder, a.k.a director, a.k.a janitor) comes across the problem of accounting.
Only at the first sight this job looks easy: take a starting balance, Add debit, subtract credit, and receive the current balance. But, Eventually, there are so many things you should take into account (pun Is not intended): cash and bank, and several accounts in several Banks, and several types of incoming and outgoing payments… Other Than that, there are assets and products, which should also be counted When you count your money, but also should be counted on themselves: What is on which store, what has been purchased and sold and damaged and leased, what was produced and from what?
