Access Folders can easily handle all of these problems.
Access Folders is a unique tool that can help you find all of your folders and sub-folders in just a few seconds. This software is a fine window enhancement for Windows’ file dialog, which easily integrates into Windows’ standard Save As…and Open dialogs that appear in a vast majority of applications. You just click the right mouse button on the question mark (?) button at the upper-right part of this window, and the application’s menu will pop-up to provide the access to the folders you need.
See, with Access Folders you can just select a folder, and the dialog window will immediately jump to the folder you requested.
Access Folders is really helpful, for it helps you save your files to folders to local or network drives without the great number of mouse clicking that you are used to, and on top of that you will never forget where you have saved your important data.
The software is very easy to set up and get started with. You can open the options menu by right-clicking on its icon in the system tray, and there you can add or remove paths to your favorite folders or sub-folders without any extra efforts.
Since Access Folders is integrated into Explorer’s context menu, you can quickly use it with just a right click of your mouse button.
