Data encryption, presumably, is the only known reliable way to protect your vital data from malefactors’ activity. Thoughts like «no unwanted visitor can use my computer» or «nobody will find those files on my computer» can’t consolidate your confidence. So, there is only one good advice: ENCRYPT it. And one good software for that: Bluest CryptShield.
This effective and reliable suite implements three very strong encryption algorithms: Rijndael, Twofish, and Blowfish. However, encryption algorithms are not the only strength of the software; it is also really easy and convenient in operation. There are two usage scenarios. You can either create an encrypted file, or encrypt an entire disk (for example, USB stick). In both cases, the encrypted media will be «mounted» as a new disk in your system. And it will be mounted only after the right password is entered and unmounted automatically when the application or Windows session is closed. In Bluest CryptShield interface, you’ll see all of your system’s logical disks, with encrypted ones marked, along with all encrypted objects (files and disks) contained within those disks; that makes it very easy to manage them all. Of course, the access to CryptShield itself is also protected with a strong password.
