«Business simulator» games has a long story. Some time ago there were board games originated from the times of «naive business», pre-XX-century’s «civilizing» changes, from times, when business rules were «wild» (yet somebody will argue it was a good times). Times have changed, business has changed, life has changed, and old games with their old stories aren’t appropriate anymore. We need a new game, captivating but modern. We need something for today. Meet Billionaire II!
Inside this complex and fascinating game, you’re living in Billionaire City. The basic moves are the same as you may guess: several players, two dices guessing how far the player can move in his turn, The Bank, The Prison, and so on. But above all that, you have a really modern financial situation in the city. There is a stock market with all of its tricks and complexities, going up and down; you can trade your shares, have a real stock trader’s portfolio and can train your share analysis skills. The same way, you have «real» bonds. Also, bank operations are much more complex than in other games; your cash, salary and loans complete the picture. The game board in Billionaire II has, except the usual sites and buildings, enough indicators and graphs to make it look very much like a real trader’s workplace.
