Integrated Notification System (INS) is an extremely powerful suite for sending and receiving faxes, mails, SMSs, voice messages and automating of all kinds of things in this area. The best way to explain how useful the suite is and how smart it is designed is to overview its components.
In the heart of our system is a message server, the powerful message queuing, sending and receiving engine. With the same ease it sends and receives emails, faxes (you can send from any Windows app with special printer driver), SMS of any kind, and even perform «voice menu» interaction with the callers! The Message Center application is the main interface for the suite, it represents all sent and received communications just like any usual email software. The Designer application is fully visual automation tool, where you can «program» without any programming experience. The Designer allows a wide range of automations, like voice menu (interactive voice response) or automated reactions to special email or fax messages. When using CheckIt utility from the INS suite, you can even request external applications for their state and other data and use this information inside automation scripts. Other parts of INS are also utility software: SendMessage is a command-line scriptable analog of MessageCenter and Client is for client-server fax systems.
