Real Cut 2D is an ultra-fast, ultra-correct and ultra-easy program for the automated cutting and layouting. Despite its ease, Real Cut 2D provides comprehensive settings and informative output, and can be used in the production with great benefits.
Inside Real Cut 2D, you work in terms of Repository (sheets you have and want to cut) and Demand (sheets you need to obtain). You enter information about sheets to both lists, then just Start. Real Cut 2D allows you to make several settings, making the cutting process closer to the real world. You can set different types of material for different sheets, change the thickness of the cut (saw sharpness) and the minimum width of parts. Also, the optimization process has adjustable level, which you can vary widely between speed and accuracy.
Output of calculations has a very handy format. You have a graphical cutting plan, with all sizes and forms drawn; and also you have textual statistics on how many sheets has been taken from repository, how they are to be cut, and so on; the textual cutting information also has the machine-readable form that you can use further.
