Vertabase 4 is a web-based project management system, and this phrase means more than you can even imagine. The way Vertabase 4 is done makes its power and flexibility almost infinite (I’m not afraid to say this, faithfully!). How is the effect achieved? Let’s analyse!
First, Vertabase 4 provides convenient and «everything in its place» interface for any «role» in project management. If you’re a manager, the first thing you’ll see is a list of your projects, with evident status of performing for each of them; you are only one click away from creating new projects and changing the existing ones, seeing what tasks are performed and so on. If you’re working in a team, you’ll see first your tasks and plans; if you’re a Big Boss, you’ll see reports and charts; even a client has his own view on the state of projects. If you use Vertabase in a small (< 10 employees) environment, you just set the "project name", but if your corporation has > 10 000 employees and formal documentation processes, you have the «advanced fields» with a ton of highly organized settings — and everything in Vertabase can be scaled this way.
