Excel and PowerPoint these two often walk within one anothers reach but almost never do they meet one ones desktop. Its just way too hard to make them «talk», as hard as to copy something from Excel and paste it to PowerPoint, unless youve got EzPaste.
The software fills in the communication gap between these office applications, providing the intuitive way to exchanging data between them. It adds a toolbar and a command menu to Excel, so when you open a series of workbooks with charts or tables to be copied to PowerPoint, EzPaste instantly prepares them for the exchange.
Actually, to transfer a single chart or table, you can just right-click on it and select the action on the context menu. To transfer multiple charts from a series of workbooks, select the EzPaste action on the menu and enjoy how the program will manage the copy-paste operations. First, it will build a list of all transferable objects found in the open workbooks. Go through that list and toggle the charts or tables that are to be pasted to the PPT document, adjusting each objects properties and defining its place in the slideshow sequence along the way. Then hit the large Paste button. Once all the charts you had selected have been pasted, switch to the PowerPoint document again, with just a click of the mouse and finalize the job by adjusting the format of the pasted charts according to your preferences.
EzPaste makes the conversion of financial reports into presentations really easy. With it, you can shift your focus to the content of your presentation and quit worrying about the pasting operations. | | | Learn more about EzPaste… |
