Typical workflow with Race Lap Timer Professional TE includes preparation of an entrant race list before the races. Then, you can assign transponders for each race participant (RLT will also work without them but in this case much more manual work is required, and precision is not guaranteed). Instead of assigning the whole set of transponders at once, you can use the special Signing On utility which allows transponders to be assigned during entrants sign-in. This utility also provides a CheckBack feature to ensure that all transponders have been returned.
