Whenever you need to set up a system that will allow network members to collaborate, share correspondence, a calendar, a task list, contacts and other business items, you have two options. The first one is to hire a system integrator or an experienced administrator, purchase expensive corporate software, spend days to weeks configuring the system and teaching users to work with it and, finally, enjoy the fruits of your work. The other option is much more affordable, much quicker to deploy and use... Its called OLfolders.
OLfolders is a groupware server for Outlook that works without a complicated and expensive server in networks of any size. OLFolders enables your team members to share contacts, appointments, emails, tasks and all other Outlook objects with incredible ease. The server itself is deployed in minutes on one of the network systems — and thats all you need to start working immediately! Shared folders are displayed in a separate tree in your Outlook, so you wont confuse them with your other folders. Whenever a user is editing an item, it is locked for all other users, so no conflicts take place even when the number of users is very high. If necessary, you can configure access permissions for specific users — that is, give a specific system access to the calendar only while granting full unrestricted access to the others. OLfolder also has an integrated mail server, so you dont need an Internet connection to exchange messages with your colleagues.
OLfolders gives you everything to start efficient teamwork within minutes from installation, so make sure you try it in your company! | | | Learn more about OLfolders… |
